A BIG thank you to Mike!! :)

Recommended by a friend (thank goodness)!! An emergency call-out as no heating/water Mike came out the same day and took his time to sort the problem out Very helpful, courteous and professional. Also rang the following morning to make sure boiler had fired up. Definitely using him for the boiler service next year. A man you can rely on!! :)

Absolutely first class!!

We gave Mike quite a challenge with the condition of our boiler which had sadly suffered from being poorly serviced for years. I can honestly say he's one of the most conscientious and professional characters I have come across. He took the time to explain in detail each part he'd replaced and why. Needless to say our boiler is back to perfect working condition, we'll certainly be getting Mike to service oil boiler from now on, I can't recommend him highly enough!!

Mike Shelton was recommended from another provider I had reached out to as they were jam packed on New Years Eve.
I called his company and explained the problem Mike was able to get out to me the same day (within 2 hours which was a miracle given the day of the year!).
He was professional, courteous and really helpful. Really what you need when you have no heating or hot water. He sorted the problem out with the boiler in an hour or so and helped explain to me what the issue was after (which was really useful to understand).
I would fully recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional engineer to help resolve an emergency.

Amazing service

Had a problem this morning with heating and hot water. Mike was out within a couple of hours and the problem fixed. Mike was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for fixing our problem and the advise, a refreshing change from some of the people we have had in the past.

Highly recommended

Just had my oil fired boiler serviced by Mike, so impressed, he started at the oil tank and worked his way through the complete system ending with analysis of exhaust gasses. Professional, methodical, and he explained everything he was doing. highly recommended and very well priced.

Mike Shelton - Outstanding

We contacted Mike after finding his service on line. We were in desperate need as we had not had heating for several days. We had previously had out another engineer who could not fix the problem. Mike answered the call straight away and came out to us within an hour of calling him. Mike had the parts with him as he carries all part on the van, he diagnosed the problem straight away and within the hour we had our heating again, there is no waiting for extra days for partsto be fitted. Mike is professional extremely efficient and so knowledgeable , I only wish I had of rang him 1st. Clare Nash . Worcester.

Excellent advice at 4pm on a Sunday

Unfortunately we live outside Mike's radius of work. I called him, text pictures of our boiler and it's problems, and he was so patient and helpful on the phone. I would not hesitate to use Mike if we lived in Worcester.

Fantastic response to very first call - try this chap first

Called Mike in an emergency (having never spoken to him previously) and he talked us through the immediate problem (without any knowledge of our layout) patiently and clearly even before we discussed him needing to visit. We'll definitely use him again and would thoroughly recommend him.

Mike Shelton oil heating engineer

Called Mike after our heating failed to come on. Being local, Mike came out the same day and fixed the problem especially having the parts needed in the van. He was quick and friendly and now knowing Mike, our minds are put at rest should we need him again. I cannot recommend Mike enough !

Excellent service

The scale inhibitor on my boiler sprang a leak on a Sunday, and after two "24hr" boiler engineers had agreed to come out and then cancelled, I rang Mike. Although he couldn't get hold of the necessary part until the following day, he talked me through the procedure for isolating the boiler, and hung on very patiently while I faffed around locating tools and trying to get a signal on my phone to text a photo of the offending component. Mike arrived early the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He was friendly and professional, and I will certainly be happy to call on him again.

Phenomenal Service

Mike came out at short notice to take a look at the problematic oil boiler we have in our rented house (5th time we have called someone out in 2 months). He spent cira 2 hours diagnosing, dissembling and cleaning the system. Throughout the entire time he walked me through exactly what he was doing, testing, checking, testing again and rechecking that it worked. He was extremely professional, engaging and likeable person. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an Oil heating engineer. Mike carried out more work in the 2 hours than the previous 4 engineers before him and charged us less than 50% of the last guy who came out and he carried every spare part needed in his van. I cannot rate him high enough, I Highly, Highly recommend his services.

Wow what can I say if I could leave more stars than 5 Mike would get them ! Responded straight away to us on a Saturday, gave us a clear time of arrival and kept us updated, diagnosed the fault straight away and fortunately carried enough spares on board to fix the boiler. I cant praise him enough and would certainly recommend him to any other customer. Thanks Mike you rarely get this kind of service these days. Simon

Boiler breakdown

Mike was able to respond very promptly, arriving when he said he would. Clearly very knowledgeable he moved swiftly and logically though fault diagnosis explaining each thing he was doing and why, together with clearing up previous engineers sub standard work as he went. Helpfully he carries a good stock of parts with him which saved us both time and effort and works to a clear fixed part cost list which appears reasonable. Mike was very conscious of safety and clearly wanted to leave the boiler in a good and fully tested condition.
I happily recommend him for anyone who wants either maintenance or fault fixing done right first time.

Boiler breakdown

Made a next day appointment arrived on time, talked me through all he was doing and why it was necessary, had all the required parts with him. Pointed out problems in my installation that needed attention in the near future. Fast and efficient .

1st Class service and knowledge

I spoke to Mike early in the morning, he was attending to the problem by 1:30 that afternoon.
No fuss, no drama, no shaking of head or sucking of teeth.. (..you get my drift, hopefully) just a calm and clear assessment of the task in hand which was resolved swiftly and professionally.

Boiler service and repair

Turned up really quickly and sorted out my DIY mess expertly, without drama and at a reasonable rate. Boiler now runs cleanly, quietly and the house is toasty. Highly recommended.

Boiler Repair

Absolutely amazing service. Mike asked for photos of the boiler to make sure he had everything on the van and wouldn't have to then make 2 service calls. Very friendly service and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend him for any oil fired boiler repairs.

Would highly recommend

Superb service!

Gave me a one hour time slot, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Had the parts in stock on his van and repaired the boiler straight away. Very reasonable price to repair and a nice guy too! Quality service, five stars from me!
